Yes, tickets are available at our cashier kiosk by the main entry. Cash only please.

We can scan tickets off your smartphone at the door. Please make sure to turn up the brightness for the scanner.

The first 1,500 people each day will receive a free bag of goodies upon entry. Make sure to arrive early as quantity is limited!

Meet & Greets are held right beside the Main Stage. As we are only fortunate to have each Character for a limited time frame (30 to 45 mins), we do recommend lining up early so you don’t miss out on your child’s favourite. Check the schedule for times.

We apologize in advance if we have to close or cut-off lines in the event that time does run out.

Absolutely! Please be mindful in the aisles as the Show can get busy. There will be Stroller Parking inside the hall if you need to park it to watch some of our awesome entertainment, or if you just prefer to shop without it.

We have a designated Nursing/Diaper Station on the northwest corner of the hall near the stage, which is draped off for privacy. We even have lots of free samples courtesy of Costco! Look for the signage.

Inside the Show, there will a café with food and drinks plus seating with a great view of the stage.

The designated Lost and Found station will be the Show Office, located just outside the hall.

Yes, there will be two to three ATMs in the hall and additional machines will be located throughout the concourse of the BMO Centre. Some exhibitors will be able to take debit and credit card payments at their booths.

If you need a wheelchair, please contact us prior to the Show. We can have something arranged for you. Your driver's licence will be required and they are on a first-come, first-served basis.
